Students aggrieved by the actions of the school or personnel of the school should attempt to resolve these problems with the appropriate school officials. Grievances should be in writing and directed to:

The student will receive a written response and offer of resolution within 7 days. The student's employer may be consulted in deciding the resolution. The student may file an appeal with the Compliance Manager. The case will then be considered by the appropriate members of the administrative staff.
