The FAQ page is your first step in solving any issue you may encounter. This allows you to search existing support topics regarding course functions and general licensing.

To access the Help Center from within a course, click the Question Mark (?) in the upper right of the screen to access the FAQ page.

Chat

If you were unable to locate an answer to your question in our FAQs, you can reach out to Rosie, our Virtual Assistant by chat or email our customer support team at [email protected].  Our team will do all they can to assist you with your request.

Simply click the chat icon in the lower right of the screen and then start new chat, fill out the information in the prompts and click 'Start Chat!'
